These are the Xcution from the Bleach series.
Summary[]
Xcution functions much like a secret society assembled under their founder and former Substitute Shinigami Kūgo Ginjō, where they made a pact with to share their powers with one another and pledge themselves to. The initial members of Xcution began as individuals whom were persecuted or wronged in one way or another due to their Fullbring powers, to whom they owe Kūgo as a savior.

The Purpose of the organization is to achieve power that would put them above their normal human counterparts. To that end, Kūgo resorts to an elaborate plot to rob Ichigo Kurosaki of his latent Shinigami powers and share it amongst themselves.

Tier 13-B: Buildings: The members of the team operate from their large apartment building which is also a small Bar as well.
Power Stats[]
DC: Island+: Ginjo should be comparable to base form Aizen as he managed to fight Ichigo equally for a while even in Bankai form. Mountain: Tsukishima should be around the same level as Byakuya. Town: The strength of the other Fullbringers should be comparable to seated officer Shinigami. Unknown: Yukio with his Invaders Must Die has control over the dimensions he creates, though doesn't really attack directly.
Durability: Island+: Ginjo managed to take hits from Ichigo in his Bankai state which should be stronger than before. Unknown: Tsukishima's durability managed to barely managed to stay alive after being hit by Byakuya's Senbonzakura. Town: the durability of the other Fullbringers as comparable to standard seated officers. Unknown: Yukio's durability
Speed: Massively Hypersonic+: Ginjo's and Tsukishima's movement, combat and reaction speed as able to tag the likes of Ichigo and Byakuya. Unknown: The movement and combat speed of the other Fullbringers.
Strengths/Pros[]
Their skills are diverse and have many roles that they can fulfill in times that would most require them, attack, defense, support, tanking, etc.. They have managed to maintain secrecy for a long time, and even coordinate their efforts to fool even someone like Ichigo Kurosaki.
Weaknesses/Flaws[]
They are a secret organization, which they do not have the luxury of making their presence known to their enemies, even after powering up from Ichigo's Fullbring, they did not stand much of a chance against top level Shinigamis.
