Information Analysis, or Scanning, is the ability, practically or supernaturally to gain information on a character or object by analyzing them. A basic analysis can grant only rudimentary data on the target, such as their level of strength, speed, durability, or intelligence, while more powerful analyses can grant extensive information on the target's abilities and even personal history, uncommonly by observation for example. Users can analyze the structure of a target based on theri energetic, molecular structure. spiritual psychological aspects.. The Analysis can give a rough estimate (metaphorical) or exact (literal) display of said information to understand them such as visual displays. This ability often overlaps with Power Mimicry, allowing a character to copy another after analyzing them, analyzing them can even help one calculate possible future events from said information combined with their acquired knowledge and intelligence. This can be especially useful for real life combat scenarios for strategists or tactical situations. Users of this can be normal non power base users through simple research, field studies or understanding of what they experience in the area or in recorded documents. Through deduction can even see through one's secrets or well laid plans.

- Sensory: A person is capable of analyzing or deducing the information presented before them by one's senses, such as through visual observation can absorb information to come to the conclusion of what is shown, such as bodily conditions, for example, someone had a scar, would lead to believe there was irreparable damage done and that could be a weak spot.

- Power: A person can come to analyze the strength of one's power or what kind of abilities that they have. This would lead the user to make situational awareness decisions of what to do against enemies they have no previous encounters for.

- Psychological: A person can come to analyze a person by what their personal/social behavior and/or interactions, understanding their emotional states, what gets them riled up, what would they likely do, etc. Even for two martial artists, there are styles where one can analyze the fight pattern of others and uses it to their advantage.
